Leona R. Saunders, MSc., BS, is Head of Compliance and Training at Regulatory Science.  Ms. Saunders is an experienced healthcare executive with a successful 15 years track record in working with both entrepreneurial ventures and established companies. Drawing on her functional expertise in regulatory affairs, public health, development and operations she has forged strategic alliances to bring new products to market.

Lonie Haynes has over twenty years experience in corporate America; working with AT&T, BellSouth and Sprint Corporation, in a variety of roles in sales, customer service, marketing, communications, project management, human resources, diversity and training. He currently is a Sr. project manager with AT&T in Atlanta. Most recently Lonie returned to academia, completing his master’s degree in management from Boston University. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in law and policy at Northeastern University in Boston, where his research will involve healthcare law and policy, diversity and inclusion in the labor force, health economics and race, gender and class.
Lonie is a certified Project Management Professional® and a Six Sigma Greenbelt. He is a lecturer in the corporate and academic arenas—discussing diversity and inclusion and organizational management.
